Rujia’s service object Answer: We provide professional and circumspect service to client from home and abroad who come to Beijing for sightseeing or self-help tour, on business or business conference, visiting family and friends. 2. Rujia’s security Answer: The apartments provide 24-hours security service, we have 24-hours watcher as well; aptitude keycard is used for ensure your safety. 3. Rujia’s sanitation Answer: All the beddings are replaced before client’s arriving, bath room and kitchen is done disinfection, the cleaning is done by professional cleaners. All sanitation guide line accord with 3-star hotel’s request, clean for every client, replace every week. 4. Benefit for paying down payment Answer: In principle, client should pay earnest when you reserve the room to avoid the uncertainty of client and vacancy of apartments. Before your down payment we will confirm if we have the room accorded with your request and then, notice you to pay the earnest, we be sure to keep the room for you after payment. If emergent things happen, such as, the previous client postponed, furnish needs repairing, we will notice you immediately so that you could think about changing room or canceling reservation as early as possible. We could not keep the room for you when the down payment undone, but we arrange for you base on the current rooms when you check in. 5. Explain of deposit Answer: We provide loose and comfort homelike circumstance for clients, to ensure the safety of belongs in room, clients should pay deposit between 300—1000RMB according to the belongs in room. 6.Seeing rooms service in advance Answer:We provide free service of seeing rooms (more than 2 days staying), you should connect us for reservation ahead, we could not ensure to reserve you your request room at the day you check in because of the too many clients. 7.Factral photos of apartments Answer:All the photos of furnish and rooms of the apartment is take on the spot, please believe us.  |
