Please accept tenancy articles as below:

1. Notice us the exact arriving time one day before you check in, we’ll provide you the best traffic ways. If you need somebody to meet you at the airport or station, we’ll provide service through the third party, and you should pay for it.

2.If you need us to reserve room for you , down payment is needed. If you can’t check in on time or cancel the tenancy for other reasons after you pay the earnest, we could not return in back to you if the room you booked changed, we will notice you before 72 hours. If you suspend checking in more than one day, we could not reserve the room you booked for you, but we will arrange you a room first among the current rooms.

3.Please prepare all the room rate and the deposit, if you have prepay the earnest, it will be deduct from the room rate. Hope you understanding we don’t accept the payment after checking out. The deposit is from 300—1000RMB, we will tell you the exact amount before you check in.

4. Make sure your ID card with you, to work in conjunction with police we need to register you ID card, the client have no ID card, don’t provide true ID card or don’t pay the deposit will not be received. If you check in more than 7 days, you should transact correlative procedures, we’ll provide you the consultancy and help.

5. No gambling、no freak out、no bibulosity、no untidy dressing、no sluttery、no bring with poisonous easy bursting and? easy burning things、no irregularity.

6. After completing tenancy procedures, we won’t presume to knock or enter you room; we’ll connect you first when something emergent happen.

7. If you bring kids below 10 years old, please notice us ahead, there are many electric appliance in room, for you and your kids’ safety, and ensure other clients’ benefit, please make your kids know how to use electric appliance exactly during your staying, clients should stand the consequences when danger threatened.

8. Clients should keep the furnish in good order, if something is damaged, please pay for it on price.

9. If you need prolonging staying, notice us 24 hours ahead, the prolonging become effective after affirm. If you need shortening ordered lease, also notice us 24 hours ahead, the shortening become effective after affirm; we will charge you under your ordered lease in principle.

10. Check-out time is 12 clock at noon, 12-18 clock is considered as a half day, exceed 18 clock is considered as a whole day. We return you the furnish deposit after we sort and count articles, check-up the furnish, and deduct the correlative fee.

11.Please notice us 48 hours ahead if you need printed hotel invoice, you should bear the 6% invoice rate.
